It's within walking distance to the underground (Piccadilly) and to the busses what makes it a good hotel for a city trip.
There was mould on our toasts for breakfast and that's an absolute "no go" apart from that breakfast was quite nice (British Breakfast). In our room there where only 2 light bulps left and all other sockets (4 of them) where empty. Then during daytime hotel staff opened our window and left it open the whole day while we were out. So althought it was a cheap room (for London) it was still expensive enough for that poor service.
Unfortunately, we arrived at almost midnight and had to wake up the man at the front desk. He was very kind, though. The staff was helpful. They also serve a hot breakfast. It's a ten minute walk from Paddington Station (you can get tickets for the Heathrow express rail from the airport).
There are a lot of other hotels along the same block and, while it's close to Paddington Station, it was tricky getting around to the major city attractions.
This is a central hotel that is very nice it is close to underground and metro station.
While our staying ventilation was not enough. Our room was near to breakfast saloon and that smelll was like in our room and we disturb a lot. In addition, that was a lot of noise because of old parquets. Well, that was ok I can say...
Located in centre
High noise in my room, Poor breakfast, old and not clean bathroom
The service in hotel is not good , the staffs are not helpful. The picture of hotel at booking website is not the same that i have seen when i visited the hotel. i think is a hotel 2 stars, not 3 stars. Also, i am sure 80 pound for this hotel with this service is too expensive.
The breakfast was very good!
The pos Machine was broken and I needed to pay cash and the manager ,that didn't have the change, had to return me 3 £ that I never received..it doesn't matter, but it wasn't so nice...
